How estate clean-outs are priced
Estate work is priced by volume, same as any other job. Most single-family homes come in between two and four truckloads at $1,099 each, and we give you a firm, written quote after a walkthrough — in person, by video call, or from photos if you're out of state.
The quote covers labor, sorting, loading, donation drop-offs and all disposal fees. If we recover value from scrap metal or a bulk donation, that gets credited back against the job.
The sorting process
Before anything moves, we walk the property with you and mark three categories: keep, donate, and haul. Keep items get boxed and set in one room. Donations go to local charity partners with receipts where available. Everything else is loaded and recycled or disposed of.
We're careful with the things that matter — photographs, documents, jewelry and mail get set aside rather than tossed, and we flag anything that looks personal or valuable before it leaves the house.
Working with realtors, attorneys and out-of-state families
Realtors need a property broom-clean before photos and showings; probate attorneys need a defensible record of what was removed. We work to closing deadlines, provide before-and-after photos, and invoice the estate directly when needed.
For families who live out of state, we coordinate access with a neighbor, realtor or lockbox, send photo updates throughout the day, and settle the invoice remotely by card. You never have to fly in for the dumpster.
